Well, welcome to Chicago then. Like I said there are millions of things to do and you're also moving at the right time. In the summer there is something going on every weekend, and in fact Taste of Chicago starts next weekend - which is HUGE! And you'll be here in time for the Air & Water show, which is also huge.
I love it, there are so many things to do. No matter what you're into you can find others who are into the same thing. There is great art, amazing live music, awesome shopping and some of the best food I've ever had. The people are great. Have you been here before?

Very exciting about your husband. Well, my aunt is Director of Audience Development (PR/Marketing) for the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. And another dear friend is coming in August to be the Executive Artistic Director for the About Face Theater. So, whenever you arrive, you let me know if you'd like some connections in the industry.
