This morning I restarted the morning gym routine I had before moving out east. Those who know me know that I'm not (at all) a morning person, so waking up even just an hour before I normally would have to is going to be tough. But it'll be more than worth it. I've been a slacker, big time, in recent months as far as exercising is concerned. I've almost been a complete stranger to my gym, so I figure it's probably time to get my money's worth again.

I can't believe it's Thanksgiving already. It seems like just last week I was moving to the east coast and walking off my back porch to the beach (aka my back yard na na na na na na). It's way too cold now to go out there on a Saturday afternoon with my blanket, beach chair, book, iPod, water & sunscreen. Sad.

I'm headed back west for the weekend for my best friend's sister's wedding. Oddly, I can't wait to get back to a good ole-fashioned Western Massachusetts autumn. Don't get me wrong, I love the beach life and all, but nothing compares to the changing colors of leaves on the hundreds of trees that surround everything, or the crisp breeze that compliments a blue sky that's filled with nothing but sunshine, or picking pumpkins and apples on a Saturday afternoon.
