I did my first 5k this past spring and my goal is to do a half marathon by next spring. the challenge for me is making the time because I lose motivation and go in running phases. any suggestions for keeping it up...?

- Longest run - 26.2 miles. =) I'll be running my first 50k in September, so I'll go over that mark then. Woo-hoo!!!

- What is the longest run anyone has every done? I think mine is around 18 miles.

- Yesterday I ran the Zooma Half-Marathon in Annapolis and smashed my PR by 5 minutes!!! =) I'm sooo happy and excited, I'm still on a high from it! Read about it here!
