Moving to Chicago

I just found out that I'm getting transferred to Chicago, and I have to say, I couldn't be happier.

Who's from Chicago/lives in Chicago and is willing to give a gal some tips? Neighborhoods, weather tips, ANYthing you can possibly thing of.

I was born & raised in Chicago. You'll love it! There's the northside and southside. You'll probably enjoy the northside-Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, etc. There's a great website called www.metromix.com that's a guide to the city. As far as the weather goes, dress in layers, it changes throughout the day. Good luck, enjoy!
